How to file a takedown notice
If you in good faith believe that material on Peptide.best infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above. Your notice must contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner (or person authorized to act on the owner's behalf) of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL or product page).
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
We process complete notices within 1 business day. Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for the missing element. False or bad-faith notices may incur liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-notification
If you receive notice that material you posted has been removed in response to a takedown, you may file a counter-notification with our agent. Your counter-notification must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Western District of Texas if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the takedown notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat infringer policy
We terminate the accounts of users (including vendors) who are repeat infringers, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). "Repeat infringer" generally means a user against whom multiple substantiated copyright complaints have been filed.
Note on product images
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have rights to product images they upload. If you are a vendor and we receive a takedown affecting your listings, we will notify you and you must replace the image within 24 hours or the listing will be paused.
Trademark complaints
For trademark complaints (unauthorized use of your trademark on the Services), email legal@peptide.best. We treat trademark complaints with similar urgency to copyright takedowns but they are not formally governed by DMCA.
