The 15-day window
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return on any eligible product. The clock starts on the date your tracking number shows "Delivered," not the date you opened the package. We chose 15 days (versus the industry-typical 30) because peptides degrade once temperature-controlled chain of custody is broken β past 15 days, we cannot guarantee the product's continued integrity for the next buyer if we restocked it, and we don't restock returns regardless. Returned product is destroyed on receipt with documented chain of custody.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, an item must be:
- Unopened. Factory seal intact. Foil pouch unbroken if applicable.
- Unused. No reconstitution, no draws, no temperature excursions outside the original chain.
- Within the 15-day window. Counted from delivery date.
- In original packaging. Including the vial, any included filter needles, the COA paperwork, and the cold-pack packaging if applicable.
- Not on the non-returnable list (below).
How to return
- Sign in and go to My Orders
- Find the order, click Return this item
- Select the reason (this helps us improve)
- Print the prepaid return label we email you
- Pack the item in the original box with the original packaging materials
- Drop at any USPS or FedEx location (no appointment needed)
- You'll get an email when we receive it; refund processes within 5 business days of receipt

What's non-returnable
For safety, regulatory, or hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened vials. Once the seal is broken, the chain of custody is gone.
- Cold-chain products where the temperature seal has been broken (e.g., the cold-pack indicator strip shows excursion).
- Gift cards. Non-refundable but transferable.
- "Research use only" products marked final-sale on the product page. These are typically experimental compounds where re-introduction into inventory would not meet our quality standards.
- Custom-formulated stacks. Pre-made stacks (Recovery, Anti-Aging, etc.) ARE returnable as a single unit. Custom-built combinations are not.
- Apparel and brand merchandise. Hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong product on arrival
If your product arrived damaged, mismarked, or you received the wrong item, this is not a "return" β it's a fulfillment issue and we resolve it differently:
- Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the packaging and product
- We'll ship a replacement immediately and email you a return label for the original (which you can drop at your convenience)
- You're not charged for the replacement
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Initiate a return and place a new order β that way both transactions are clean and your refund is processed faster. We'll match the original order's pricing on a like-for-like reorder placed within 7 days.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription anytime in My Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect before the next charge. Already-shipped subscription orders are subject to the standard 15-day return policy.
Restocking fees
None. Returns are free both ways for eligible items.
