Most orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed by 2pm Central typically ship same-day.
Cold-chain shipping
Temperature-sensitive products (GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide and tirzepatide; certain GH-axis peptides; some research-use reagents) ship in insulated containers with phase-change cold packs validated to maintain 2–8°C for up to 72 hours. The cold-chain service is included at no additional cost on any qualifying product. Every cold-chain package includes a temperature indicator strip; if it has been compromised, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace the product at no charge.
Free shipping over $150
Domestic ground shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $150 or more (calculated before taxes and after discounts). The $150 threshold can be reached by adding any combination of products. Express and overnight ship at reduced rates (above) on qualifying $150+ orders.
International shipping
We currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, EU member states, Australia, Japan. International orders ship via DHL Express International, typically 7–10 business days. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility — these are billed by the destination country's customs authority, not by Peptide.best. Some products cannot be shipped internationally; the product page will note any restrictions. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and declared value.
Address & carrier rules
We ship to verified residential and business addresses; we do not ship to P.O. boxes for cold-chain products. Signature is required on all orders over $200. If you'll be away, you can hold the shipment at the carrier facility — use the carrier's address change tool, not ours, after the package is in transit.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We'll file a carrier claim, issue a replacement shipment, or process a refund per your preference. Take photos of damaged packaging before opening — they're essential for the carrier claim.
Order confirmation & tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation email at checkout, a shipping confirmation with tracking number when the package ships, and delivery confirmation when it arrives. All three are visible on your Orders page. See our tracking guide for status definitions.
What we don't ship
We don't ship to states or countries where the destination's regulations prohibit the specific product (e.g., research-use-only peptides into jurisdictions that disallow them); the cart will flag any non-shippable item. We don't ship Saturday or Sunday delivery for cold-chain unless you select the dedicated weekend-delivery option at checkout.
