Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse the catalog or use the search box. Click "Add to cart" on any product page, then go to Cart when ready to check out. You'll need an account to complete checkout (free, takes 30 seconds).

Can I order without creating an account?

No. Account creation is required to enforce our verified-buyer review policy. The account also lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, and use the same payment method for reorders.

Is there a minimum order?

No order minimum. Free shipping kicks in at $150.

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Yes, up to 1 hour after placement, via your Orders page. After 1 hour, the order has typically been pulled for shipment and cannot be modified.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes for orders over $2,500. Email support@peptide.best with your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover; ACH bank transfer; Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC. See payment methods for fees and limits.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard ground: 5–7 business days. Express: 2 business days. Most orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Limited international shipping is available to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Japan. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Some products cannot be shipped internationally β€” check the product page.

What is cold-chain shipping?

Temperature-controlled shipment for products that require refrigeration (e.g., GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide). Cold-chain shipping is included free on all temperature-sensitive products from verified vendors. See shipping policy.

Is shipping free?

Yes on orders $150+. Below $150, ground is $9.99 and express is $24.99.

My package was delayed/lost. What now?

If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, contact support. We'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

15 days from delivery, unopened and unused. Some products are non-returnable for safety reasons β€” see returns policy.

How do I start a return?

Go to My Orders, click "Return this item." Print the prepaid label, drop at any USPS or FedEx location.

How long do refunds take?

5–7 business days after we receive the return. Crypto refunds are processed at the dollar value of the original purchase, not the current crypto price.

What's non-returnable?

Opened vials, cold-chain products where the chain has been broken, gift cards, and any product marked "research use only β€” final sale" on the product page.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We replace damaged products at no charge.

How do I create an account?

Sign up here with email and password. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

I forgot my password.

Reset it here. We'll email a link valid for 1 hour.

How do I update my shipping address?

My Addresses. You can save multiple addresses and pick one at checkout.

How do I cancel a subscription?

My Subscriptions β†’ click the subscription β†’ "Pause" or "Cancel."

How do I delete my account?

Account Settings β†’ bottom of page β†’ "Delete account." This is permanent and removes all order history; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

Products & quality

Are all products tested?

Yes. Every batch of every product ships with a third-party COA showing identity (HPLC-MS), purity (HPLC-UV at 215 nm), and endotoxin level for injectables.

Where can I see the COA?

Every product page has a "View COA (PDF)" link. The COA is also included in your shipment.

What's the difference between research-use-only and other products?

"Research use only" products are sold for laboratory research. Other products are sold for general consumer use under our standard terms. See disclaimer.

Do you sell prescription products?

Limited prescription products (e.g., FDA-approved tesamorelin) require a valid prescription from a licensed clinician. Upload at checkout.

How do I store peptides?

Most lyophilized peptides: refrigerated at 2–8Β°C until reconstitution. Reconstituted peptides: refrigerated, used within 14–30 days depending on stability. See per-product page.

Reviews

Why do I have to be a verified buyer to leave a review?

Because review fraud is endemic in this market and the only durable defense is to gate reviews to verified delivered orders. See Trust & Safety.

Can vendors delete bad reviews?

No. Vendors can reply publicly and flag for moderation, but only Peptide.best admin can act on a review, and only with a logged reason.

How do I leave a review?

After your order is delivered, go to My Orders β†’ click "Write a review" next to each product. Reviews must be filed within 365 days of delivery.

How long do reviews take to post?

Immediate. Reviews are not pre-moderated β€” they go live as soon as you submit. Reviews can be removed post-publication only via our moderation queue.
